Steve and Claire bought their 1972 registered MGB GT from Colin Swatton (www.swatcars.co.uk) in August 2007.  Colin undertook a fair amount of maintenance work on her before handing her over including replacement of one of the rear wheel arches, a partial re-spray and lots of other minor tweaks and fixes.   

 According to the paperwork which came with the car a previous owner re-built and re-sprayed the main body in 1985.  She has been very well maintained since including regular waxoyling, replacement of worn parts (clutch, exhaust system etc) and the addition of a walnut dashboard.   

Since August we have replaced the fan-belt and batteries and currently need to get a new fuel sender unit.   

She is a local girl and since registration seems to have spent all of her known life in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and now Herefordshire!
